How SK HUB collects, uses, and protects information when your organization uses sale reporting and QuickBooks integration.

Overview

SK HUB is an operations platform used by your organization to enter daily sales, route approvals, and—when connected—exchange accounting data with Intuit QuickBooks Online. This policy describes how information is handled within the service.

Information we process

  • Sale report data entered by your team, including customer lines, amounts, and attachments.
  • User account details such as name, email, role, and organization membership.
  • QuickBooks connection tokens and mapping catalogs when your organization authorizes QuickBooks Online. Tokens are stored server-side only and are not exposed in the browser.

How we use information

Data is used to operate sale entry, approvals, reporting, customer balances, and QuickBooks sync on behalf of your organization. We do not sell your financial data.

Security

Data is stored in our application database (Supabase) with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest as provided by the hosting provider. Access is limited by organization, role, and location permissions configured by your administrators.

For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to your organization's data, contact your organization administrator. For platform support, email support@skhub.co.nz.
