Terms of Service
Terms governing use of SK HUB for sale reporting, approvals, and QuickBooks integration within your organization.
Agreement
By accessing or using SK HUB, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Maintain accurate sale, customer, and accounting records.
- Follow your organization's internal policies and approval workflows.
- Do not attempt to access data outside your assigned role, locations, or entity.
QuickBooks integration
QuickBooks connectivity requires authorization through Intuit. Your organization is responsible for reviewing journal entries and other accounting records posted to your QuickBooks company after sale approval.
Service availability
The service is provided to your organization on an as-available basis. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or connectivity issues may occasionally affect availability. Contact your administrator for organization-specific support arrangements.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SK HUB is provided without warranties of any kind. Your organization remains responsible for business decisions made using data entered or reported through the platform.
